Responsibilities include:


Undergoing new hire training that encompasses the following:

  • Developing a strong foundation of FilePoint’s mission and guiding principles.
  • Understanding the purpose of our service and how our practices have been successful within the financial service industry.
  • Attaining a general overview each service offering.
  • Progressing through a guided training matrix to develop skill sets for use in the production environment.

Ongoing responsibilities include:

  • Referencing team documentation daily to determine which projects to take on.
  • Converting and reviewing projects within the guided time-frames.
  • Maintaining accuracy and timeliness for project deliverables.
  • Working with others to solve problems.
  • Corresponding with clients, as needed, to finish out a project.
  • Communicating with Leads regarding progress of project deliverables; including timing, challenges and potential solutions.

  • Strong computer and communication skills.
  • High aptitude for learning new technical skills and computer software.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Enjoys troubleshooting and has a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to identify and create new processes to improve and automate workflow.
  • Thrives in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment with several moving pieces.
  • Has high quality control and responds positively to feedback.
  • Technical writing skills for clear and concise internal and external communication.
  • Works well with others in a team environment but able to work independently on long copy jobs.
  • Desktop publishing, typesetting, graphic communications, programming, print production, training, HTML or IT support.
  • Basic Adobe CC suite knowledge.


Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Computers, Information Science, or closely related field required
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
