We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team of Account Executives in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Join our rapidly expanding organization and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent acquisition

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to ensure the professional development and success of team members.
  • Monitor sales performance and activity metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture that emphasizes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in recruiting, talent, HR, hiring or onboarding software technology.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 2 years of team management in the recruiting tech/ATS/talent acquisition/job board platform space
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., SalesForce) and proficiency in using data analytics tools to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
