HOURS: Monday through Friday 8:30-5 PM and rotating Saturdays 9-12 PM

What it's like to be a Customer Service RepresentativeJoin our team at Peoples State Bank as a dynamic Customer Service Representative In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, handling primary vault teller responsibilities with precision and efficiency. Your knack for ensuring customers receive accurate information and exemplary service will shine as you oversee customer and bank transactions.

Does this sound like you?As a Customer Service Representative at Peoples State Bank, you'll thrive in this role if you possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with preferred banking and/or CSR operations experience. Your sharp attention to detail and accuracy in cash-handling will be crucial, as well as your proficiency with various computer tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills will set you apart as you impart knowledge and provide guidance to the team.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Banking experience and/or CSR operations experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash-handling.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to impart knowledge of tasks and perform remedial training as needed.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
