We are seeking a seasoned candidate with a deep network of connections within the healthcare industry with a passion for using advanced technology to solve complex problems. You will lead and actively drive our commercial strategy, leverage industry relationships to expand our reach, enhance our market position, and foster sustainable growth. This leader will bring a wealth of expertise to the table, from market access and commercial analytics to crafting US healthcare sales strategies that not only meet but exceeds objectives. Your talents extend to fostering customer relationships, working with various departments, and uniting diverse functions in cost containment.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partnerships within the digital health landscape.
  • Evaluate competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for digital health initiatives, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify new revenue streams and business models to drive growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technology partners, healthcare providers, payers, and other relevant entities.
  • Negotiate and establish partnerships that enhance the organization's digital health offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for expanding digital health products and services.
  • Work closely with product development teams to bring innovative solutions to market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in digital health products and services.
  • Establish and meet sales targets, regularly reporting on progress to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to digital health solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and uphold the highest ethical business practices.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, technology, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital health initiatives.
  • Provide input on marketing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Generate regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and key metrics.
  • Analyze data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.

Required Expertise

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development within the digital health sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital health technologies, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends
