Role Purpose:

A Service Attendant oversees all Guests at Fletcher Jones Motorcars with their Loaner return vehicle and/or The Preferred Fletcher Jones Owners Complementary Car Wash by providing a 5-Star Experience to all Guests.


Key Duties:

  • Greet all Guests with a welcoming smile and body language when they arrive at Fletcher Jones Motorcars.
  • Offer a complimentary bottle of water.
  • Assist the Guest with their Check-in agreement.
  • Perform a walk around on the vehicle to inspect for damages and download pictures on the 360 system.
  • When the inspection is completed, drive towards the Car Wash Lane for the vehicle to be cleaned by the Car Wash Department.
  • Once the vehicle is clean, perform a quality control walk-around and park the vehicle to be parked or staged.

Salary Description: $16.00-$17.50

Requirements:
  • Customer service 101 experience is essential for this role.
  • Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Highly responsible, professional, and reliable.
  • Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
  • Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer and internet skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Must be customer service oriented.
  • Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
  • Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
  • Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Willing to multi-task.
  • Ability to focus attention on a Guest's need, always remaining calm and courteous.
