Patient Care Monitor/Greeter

BayMark Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Care Monitor/Greeter to join our team. As a Patient Care Monitor/Greeter, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and order of our clinic facility.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the Protection of All Employees and Patients: Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building, protecting the property from damage and destruction.
- Manage Patient Flow: Create an orderly waiting line, ensure patients stand in single file while waiting to receive medication, and perform crowd control to prevent congestion.
- Report Critical Incidents: Document and report any critical incidents that occur in the parking lot or on premises to the Operations Director and/or Clinic Director.
- Provide Receptionist Coverage: Assist with receptionist duties as needed, including answering phones and responding to patient inquiries.
- Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment: Perform security checks of the facility at regular intervals throughout the day and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: With at least 1 year of prior experience in an office/clinic setting.
- Security Training: Training from a law enforcement school or other security training is strongly preferred.
- Positive Rapport: Establish a positive rapport with patients and demonstrate a non-judgmental and accepting attitude toward the chemically dependent person.
