Role and Responsibilities:


  • Front Counter inside sales
  • Customer service – Greet and assist all external customers.
  • Answer all correspondence for parts from external customers. (Phone, Email & walk in)
  • Look up parts for external customers in appropriate catalogs and websites.
  • Pull parts for external customers.
  • Order completion - issue parts to customer orders.
  • Process external customer invoices for parts & equipment.
  • Send requests to purchasing team for any parts needing to be purchased.
  • Maintain and follow up on all open sales orders.
  • Assist with performing inventory counts.
  • Occasionally, will need to assist in loading customer parts & equipment on vehicles.
  • Part of the “on call” rotation schedule.
  • Will be expected to maintain a clean and safe area.
  • Expected to participate in training programs provided by ACS.



Qualifications and Education Requirements:


  • Front Counter inside sales
  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • 2-years minimum experience in parts
  • Use of hands/fingers or feel during normal job requirements.
  • Stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl while working.
  • Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. (and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance.)
  • Required to work in areas of extreme temperatures due to weather conditions and operating equipment.
  • Ability to climb various equipment and ladders, lift and carry tools and components weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Requires forklift operation.
  • Military experience and training with honorable discharge a plus.
