Essential Functions

  • Troubleshoots and resolves IT issues via phone, web, and in-person channels.
  • Ensure all incidents are resolved against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Partners with IT and business personnel to discuss the impact of incidents on products and services.
  • Proactively learns and trains other staff members on new product and service technologies.
  • Will also engage and be responsible for the following:
    • Security - Azure Conditional Access, MS Defender for Cloud, network security groups, end point security, cyber awareness training, checkpoint firewalls, user sign-in reviews.
    • EndPoint Manager administration - Imaging, application deployments, device configuration policies, device management, etc.
    • M365 Administration - User/Group accounts, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
    • Hardware Management - endpoint devices.
    • Veeam Backup
    • Cloud services administration - SMTP2Go, EasyReDir, GoDaddy
    • SSL cert management
    • File Server/Share Management
    • Email management including distribution lists, on-perm Exchange server (hybrid with Exchange Online) SPF, DMARC, DKIM and M365
    • PrinterCloud Administration - print server administration
    • SharePoint Administration
    • Remote Support Tools Administration - Zoho, Intel vPro, RDP
    • Hybrid AD Administration
    • Azure AD SSO Administration for Enterprise Apps
    • Apple Business Manager Administration - iPad management
    • Software License Management
    • Office/site deployments - implementation and management

Basic Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in technology, computer science, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and training.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in IT support, business analyst, or system admin role.
  • Working knowledge of servers, networks, and business applications.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cyber security principals and threat management.
  • Microsoft M365 Platform/Product Administration.
  • Must be service minded with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and quickly resolve issues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective prioritization and project management.
  • Experience with incident troubleshooting and escalation.

Compensation

  • The anticipated hourly rate for this position is between $30-37/hr., based on experience.
