We are seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join our team
You will be responsible for working on multiple construction projects for an Electrical Contractor.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Project Managers with their duties and take directions to execute tasks to completion
• Plans / Project Documents Management
• Upload and manage plans using Procore software
• Receive & understand RFI's, upload into Procore and update new plans
• Generate, distribute, track submittals from start to finish
• Receive & understand Change Directives, upload into Procore and update new plans
• Printing plans using in-house plotters
• Work with Suppliers & Vendors to assist the PM's in procurement of materials
• Correspond with General Contractors & Vendors to meet end-goals
Qualifications:
• 3 years minimum experience in Construction Project Engineering, or similar experience
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Read & Understand Plans
• Not required to be fluent in Plan Reading, but knowledge of Sheet Numbering, and organizing.
• Confident, efficient and effective communication with coworkers, clients, and vendors
• Positive Mental Attitude, friendly and focused in a self-motivating environment
We run LEAN and all have a laid back atmosphere where we all work diligently to meet our goals. We will train and set you up for success in this position if you have the desire and motivation to be successful. MUST be motivated to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently.
Pay: $65K-$80K depending on experience
