Essential Duties:

  • You will be the primary HR contact for our Las Vegas office, guiding employees and managers related to policy, coordinating human resources activities such as talent acquisition, training, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Create and maintain job descriptions to facilitate effective and competitive recruiting, performance management, and compensation
  • Manage regional enrollment and facilitate employee benefit plan
  • Support employee development program through effective onboarding and training
  • Execution of regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and provide employees with the most up to date information
  • Onsite HR support to the Las Vegas team; greater HR and TA support for all locations
  • Payroll experience a plus

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s or associates degree in Human Resources, Business, or related work experience

Language:

  • Spanish/ English (Bilingual fluency required)


Requirements:
  • Assist Human Resources department in onboarding, performance reviews, engagement, and compensation strategy, and daily responsibilities to support employee experience
  • Travel requirement: 10% of the time
  • Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR preferred, Minimum of 5 years experience as human resources generalist; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or fellow team members.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to multitask and be a problem solver.
  • Other Qualifications: Must have good phone skills and interact well with others. Must have above average database, micro processing, and presentation computing skills. Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude.
