What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Primary Role: As an Appointment Setter, your main responsibility will be to convert warm leads into scheduled appointments. This involves making calls, sending texts, and interacting with up to 50 leads daily.
  • Daily Tasks: You will be expected to handle an average of 30+ conversations each day while strictly adhering to the provided script to ensure consistency and effectiveness in communication.


Required Qualifications:


  • Job Stability: We prefer candidates who have had no more than two jobs in the last five years, demonstrating a stable work history.
  • Phone Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in roles such as customer service, phone surveys, collections, or appointment setting is required. Sales experience is not necessary.
  • High Volume Calling: Proven experience managing 30 or more calls daily in your most recent role.
  • Phone Time: Must have logged at least 5 hours of phone activity per day for the past two years.
  • Performance Metrics: A track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics and KPIs is essential.
  • Data Management: Experience with CRM systems, including accurate data entry and management for every call.
  • Follow-Up Skills: Demonstrated ability to consistently follow up, manage pipelines, and schedule appointments effectively.
  • Coaching Ability: Capacity to receive and implement feedback in a timely manner to improve performance.
  • Communication Skills: Extroverted personality with strong phone communication skills and confidence in handling conversations.


Performance Metrics:


  • Lead Management: Handle up to 30 new leads daily and effectively follow up with existing leads to ensure timely appointments.
  • Conversation Volume: Engage in at least 30 conversations each day to maintain a high level of activity.
  • Appointment Setting: Achieve the target of setting 30+ appointments each week.
  • Lead-to-Conversation Ratio: Maintain a lead-to-conversation ratio of 50%.
  • Show Rate: Aim for a show rate of 54% for scheduled appointments.
  • Revenue per Lead: Target a revenue of $172 per lead.
  • Phone Talk Time: Ensure a minimum of 5 hours of phone talk time each day.
