Job Description:As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our business, ensuring that our clients’ needs are met promptly and efficiently. This role is based in our office, providing you with a supportive work environment where you can thrive as part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review Loads: Monitor and review load information to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Collections: Assist in the collection of outstanding payments, maintaining professional and positive communication with clients.
  • Review Logs: Regularly review and update logs to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Answer Phone Calls and Emails: Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing any issues or concerns with a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals, sharing insights and supporting each other’s efforts.
