Dean’s Professional Services is now hiring a qualifiedCare Management Support Coordinator IIto work for aHealthCare Facilityin theTexasarea.Remote Position -Must be Spanish/English bilingual and reside in the McAllen, TX, area.


TheCare Management Support Coordinatoris responsible for supporting administrative care management activities including performing outreach, answering inbound calls, and scheduling services. Serves as a point of contact to members, providers, and staff to resolve issues and document member records by current state and regulatory guidelines.


Job Duties :

  • Provides support to members to connect them to other health plans and community resources to ensure they are receiving high-quality customer care/service
  • May apply working knowledge of assigned health plan(s) activities and resources
  • Serves as the front-line support on various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns which may include explaining care plan procedures, and protocols
  • Supports member onboarding and day-to-day administrative duties including sending out welcome letters, related correspondence, and program educational materials to assist in the facilitation of a successful member/provider relationship
  • Documents and maintains non-clinical member records to ensure standards of practice and policies are following state and regulatory requirements and provide to providers as needed
  • Knowledge of existing benefits and resources locally and make referrals to address Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) needs
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards


Job Requirements:

  • Must reside in the McAllen, TX, area
  • English/Spanish Bilingual -Required
  • High School Diploma –Required
  • High Call Volume Experience -Required
  • Appointment Schedule experience -Required
  • Microsoft Office Experience -Required
  • Experience with telephonic outreach to members/patients -Required
  • Call Center Experience -Preferred
  • Experience working with Medicaid- Preferred
  • No Gap of 1 year or more -Preferred


Job Details:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Remote position but must live in the McAllen, TX, area.Training is in person for 3-4 weeks
  • Pay-$17/hour + benefits.
  • Full benefits – healthcare, dental, vision, 401k program.
