Job Description

You and your team are directly responsible for growing the Java House brand within your community by launching our new beverage program, with a focused sales approach to business offices. Our beverage program highlights a “low tech,” no equipment needed, amazingly smooth coffee and beverage solution compared to existing office beverage programs, today. Java House IS the anti-equipment beverage company.

Your day to day will consist of in person and over the phone cold calls, product presentations and samplings, and “Disney-like” customer service.


Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a high energy, driven, collaborative individual to join our team as a Direct Sales Rep. You are completely comfortable engaging in conversation, no matter your setting. You thrive in competitive environments, continually driving to be the best of the best. You’re not afraid to do something you’ve never done. You put your customer first, before anything else.


Required Skill Set

  • Cold calling, over the phone and in person
  • Desire and capability to understand product portfolio with great detail
  • “Touch Chin” – required in sales
  • Engaging communicator and collaborator
  • Detail-focused mind, sharing wins and learning with team for the betterment of the team
  • Strong organization around documentation of your sales processes
  • Ability to build strong relationships with people
  • Reports to the Carmel Corporate office location - onsite
