The Assistant Restaurant Manager at Madison Beach Hotel will assist the Restaurant Manager in managing all aspects of the Wharf Restaurant. This individual will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Director of Food & Beverage to ensure the luxury standard of guest service and satisfaction, as well as maintain the overall profitability and success of the restaurant. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be an integral part of creating and maintaining an exceptional dining experience for all guests.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time salary position with a compensation of $50,000 per year, paid biweekly. The chosen candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts at the hotel and restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all operations of the restaurant, including staffing, training, and coordinating activities.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by monitoring and maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor and inventory, to meet financial targets set by the Restaurant Manager.
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitary procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Assist in training new restaurant staff members.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Director of Food & Beverage.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a high-volume, fine dining establishment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, service, and sanitation standards.
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
