Job Description:

The Medical Scheduler will be responsible for managing patient interactions, handling documentation, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role is crucial for maintaining a smooth workflow and providing excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule patient appointments and coordinate as needed.
  • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs.
  • Scan and process new patient paperwork and insurance documents.
  • Answer phones and handle various inquiries while multitasking.
  • Ensure all patient information is accurately updated in the system.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of medical experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong front desk knowledge and multitasking abilities.
  • Understanding of insurance verification and appointment scheduling.
  • Patient-centric attitude with a willingness to integrate into the team.
