Job Description:

We are looking to expand our HR team with talented individuals who are passionate about people and driven to create a positive and productive work environment. This role/these roles will be focused on supporting our affiliate companies and their specific needs.

We are seeking a versatile HR Generalist who will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a specialization in recruiting or as an HR Business Partner focusing on operational personnel support. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:General HR Responsibilities:
  • Administer day-to-day HR activities including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.
Specialization 1: Recruiting and Onboarding
  • Job Postings and Descriptions: Create job posts and detailed job descriptions that attract top talent.
  • Compensation Analysis: Analyze compensation data to ensure competitive and fair pay structures.
  • Recruiting Workflows: Streamline recruiting workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Onboarding Experience: Focus on creating a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
Specialization 2: HR Business Partner (Operational Personnel Support)
  • Strategic HR Support: Partner with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide strategic HR support.
  • Workforce Planning: Assist in workforce planning, talent development, and performance management.
  • Employee Relations: Conduct employee relations investigations and provide resolution recommendations.
  • Organizational Development: Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting and onboarding or as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
