We are seeking a versatile HR Generalist who will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a specialization in recruiting or as an HR Business Partner focusing on operational personnel support. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:General HR Responsibilities:- Administer day-to-day HR activities including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.
- Job Postings and Descriptions: Create job posts and detailed job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Compensation Analysis: Analyze compensation data to ensure competitive and fair pay structures.
- Recruiting Workflows: Streamline recruiting workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Onboarding Experience: Focus on creating a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
- Strategic HR Support: Partner with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide strategic HR support.
- Workforce Planning: Assist in workforce planning, talent development, and performance management.
- Employee Relations: Conduct employee relations investigations and provide resolution recommendations.
- Organizational Development: Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting and onboarding or as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
