Job Description

Grimco is a national wholesale sign supply manufacturer and distributor with over 50 locations across North America. We focus on distributing quality products and providing excellent service to the sign industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a trusted advisor to employees and management, you will provide guidance on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
  • You will conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Source candidates through online databases, networking, and career fairs.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring decisions that align with organizational goals and culture.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires and provide ongoing support to ensure successful integration into Grimco.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Human Resources or Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Human Resources Certification Preferred (HRCI or SHRM).
