What Youll Do:


In short - You will lead the Enterprise PMO function of the company.As its leader, you will work with stakeholders to align strategy to execution throughcontinuousbusiness planning andstrategic programs/ key initiativesand will be responsible for effectiveprogram &project delivery through the EPMO. Youll also be a thought leader in maturing how the company adoptsAgile principles, particularly as they apply to modernizingour businessplanning process into a more iterative, continuous process.

  • This role is both a people management position that requires the ability to lead through people, and a senior individual contributor that expects to be hands on in the execution of portfolio management operations
  • Lead the introduction of Agile principles to portfolio management, business planning, program execution, and functional areas beyond Product and Technology
  • Partner with Technology& ProductManagement functions
  • Responsible for Program/Project delivery and continuous improvement of Enterprise PMO templates and tools
  • This role willmanage a team of 3 direct reports and a total of 7 teammembers currently



Travel:

  • Presence in the Ewing, NJ office will be required for 4-8 days a month, which may necessitate travel if the candidate is not based locally




What Youll Need:


  • Bachelors degree; Mastershighlypreferred
  • 15+ years of relevant experience inproject/ Program portfoliomanagement
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in business application software delivery lifecycle/ SaaS
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional project teamsin the delivery of enterprise solutions
  • People managementof project management staff
  • PMP certificationrequired, PfMPcertification a plus
  • SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) certification preferred
  • Leanor LeanSix Sigmacertification a plus
  • Demonstrated resultsdelivering business valuein both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
  • Agile transformation experience preferred
  • Supply chainandB2B eCommerceexperience a plus
