Position Overview:

We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator with prior experience in a dental front office setting. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and their families, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. This is a full-time role for someone who thrives in a pediatric environment and excels in delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and families with a warm, welcoming attitude, making everyone feel comfortable and at ease.

- Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring that the daily schedule runs smoothly and efficiently.

- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and verify insurance information.

- Coordinate treatment plans and communicate them clearly to patients and parents, explaining procedures and payment options.

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to all patients and families.

- Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.

- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing patient information.

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow and an outstanding overall experience.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a dental front office role is required.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Exceptional communication skills and a professional, patient demeanor.

- Ability to explain dental treatments and payment options clearly and effectively.

- Proficiency in dental practice management software is a plus.

- A passion for working with children and creating a positive dental experience.

- Ability to work full-time with a schedule of:

- Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 5 pm

- Friday: 8 am - 1 pm

- Daily lunch break from 1 pm to 2 pm.

- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

- TBD based on experience and qualifications.
