Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Rehashing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for following up on unsold estimates and service recommendations to help customers move forward with our offerings. Through happy calls and personalized outreach, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide solutions that align with our recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers who have received estimates or service recommendations.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Provide information and guidance to customers to help them make informed decisions about our products and services.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and support for customers.
- Document all interactions and update customer records with relevant information.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn industry-specific language and concepts quickly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure (commission).
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
