Summary

The Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist will use multiple mediums including social networking, cold calling and internet research to source active and passive candidates in an effort to provide a sufficient pool of candidates to be considered. In this role, an employee will be expected to develop and demonstrate proficiency in regard to the essential functions of the job found below.

Responsibilities

  • Source & present qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone screens, personal interviews and reference checks.
  • Achieve weekly recruitment metrics
  • Maintain applicant records & update information on a regular basis
  • Document interviews and job offers
  • Maintain job openings on corporate website and industry job boards
  • Design candidate correspondence letters / e-mails
  • Must be familiar with employment practices
  • Ability to travel 20%
  • Attend Career Fairs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-4 years of previous recruiting experience (required)
  • Industry experience in AEC (required)
