Payroll/HR Coordinator

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing payroll accurately and timely for all employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations
- Process new hires, terminations, and other payroll related changes in ADP
- Coordinates all pre-employment hiring processes (offer letters, background checks)
- Responsible for job postings and interview scheduling
- Maintaining Everify records
- Manage and maintain a complex calendar for CEO and executive team
- Manages domestic and international travel
- Keep CEO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Sort and triage mail
- Prepares and organizes important legal and strategic materials and plans
- Prepares and coordinates Corporate Communication (ie., townhall presentations and corporate announcements)
- Coordinates logistics for internal and board meetings (meeting rooms, meals, etc)
- Interacts with key customers and Board of the Directors
- Prepare, reconcile and submit expense reports
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Adhoc reporting as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications Needed
- 3-5 years prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
- 5+ years of experience in payroll processing (ADP Workforce Now Required)
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, key customers and advisors, and vendors
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and/or confidential information
- Highly motivated, organized and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities
- Exhibits sound judgement with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
