The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) is the U.S. Government agency in charge of designing, building, launching, and maintaining America’s intelligence satellites.

Apogee's ideal SharePoint Developer will integrate with program and content owners to create, develop, and problem solve. The candidate will identify, tailor, and implement web and content management systems functionality and features to meet unique mission needs, timelines, and outcomes. If you're a wizard at SharePoint and love supporting the government customer, you'll love Apogee and this position


Responsibilities


  • Enhance site capabilities with use of new web technologies and scripting/programming
  • Design and support web interfaces that provide refined functionality for processes
  • Provide responsive support to integrate, present, and represent office inputs on multiple networks, to include the development, maintenance, and administration of program pages
  • Review, proof, and perform layout of material to ensure consistency and messaging across office products and mediums
  • Provide hands-on training of content management systems tailored specifically to content owners needs
  • Collaborate with NRO to ensure compliancy with corporate standards, policies, procedures, and best practices


Required


  • Experienced front-end developer to build out-of-the-box (OOTB) SharePoint Web tools with user-centric design and create a seamless user experience using technologies required to meet client needs
  • Experience creating Web pages using HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and SharePoint Designer to deliver customized solution
  • Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining custom SharePoint data collection application
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and complex workflow creation
  • Ability to track, communicate, and manage project requirements, using an organized methodology from which you can extract information to brief Leadership, Government clients, customers or derive additional deliverable
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies, balance multiple concurrent activities, and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, provide mentorship and expertise
  • 8+ years in developing/managing projects in a customer environment
  • Proficient in analytical skills and ability to develop and recommend solutions for problems/issues
