Role Summary:

We are looking for a proficient and enthusiastic SharePoint Developer to contribute to our corporate support team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of SharePoint functionalities and will be adept at designing, developing, and sustaining tailored SharePoint solutions that align with our organizational objectives. The SharePoint Developer will work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure effective integration and optimal operation of SharePoint applications.

Key Responsibilities:

SharePoint Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement customized SharePoint solutions, including sites, web parts, workflows, forms, and lists.
  • Utilize SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to create modern web parts and extensions.
  • Employ Power Automate and Power Apps to establish automated workflows and bespoke applications within SharePoint.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 applications, such as Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook.

SharePoint Administration:

  • Oversee SharePoint site collections, permissions, and content management.
  • Monitor SharePoint performance and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Apply software updates and patches to maintain system security and stability.

Collaboration:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and comprehend client needs.
  • Work alongside other team members to ensure seamless integration of SharePoint as directed by client specifications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on effective SharePoint utilization.

Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of SharePoint solutions, including design specifications, configurations, and user manuals.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in SharePoint development, encompassing both SharePoint Online and on-premises environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, including site collections, lists, libraries, web parts, and workflows.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development utilizing TypeScript, React, or Angular.
  • Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps for creating automated workflows and custom applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 development tools and technologies, such as Azure, Graph API, and PnP PowerShell.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft 365 certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate.
  • Experience with additional Microsoft technologies, including .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with front-end web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
