The Intelligence Programs Group, a segment of SPA's Space and Intelligence Division, provides specialized systems engineering and advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence sectors. Utilizing proven, data-driven advisory tools, we deliver critical support to ensure the government secures cutting-edge technologies essential for national defense. Our clientele includes prominent agencies.

SPA is currently seeking a SharePoint Developer to fulfill an immediate need.

Key Responsibilities

The SharePoint Developer will support a vast enterprise SharePoint environment, ensuring seamless integration with various systems and applications. Responsibilities include:

  • Architecting, designing, and developing a customer-centric, service-oriented SharePoint environment for a large IT organization.
  • Engaging in requirements gathering, technical design discussions, and solution brainstorming sessions.
  • Providing comprehensive documentation and reports to stakeholders regarding projects and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Overseeing the design, deployment, and maintenance of the web environment.
  • Conducting testing and quality assurance for websites and web applications.
  • Managing content structure and graphics for collaboration tools and data repositories based on SharePoint and other web technologies.
  • Assisting customer content managers in executing complex tasks.
  • Utilizing SharePoint Designer and other web development tools for design, development, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with SharePoint 2013, 2019, and other web/collaboration technologies.
  • Strong grasp of SharePoint architecture, site hierarchy, and best practices for solution development.
  • Ability to maintain documentation related to SharePoint configurations and customizations.
  • Experience in facilitating discussions with large and small groups, including effective presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Over 6 years of relevant experience in web design, deployment, and maintenance, including testing and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in web development languages such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Capability to create workflows for SharePoint 2010 and 2013.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with WordPress.
  • Experience in JIRA project administration.
  • Working knowledge of IC ITE Services.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
