Summary:


Document Control Specialist will work closely with Manufacturing Technician’s to produce standard work instructions, including set up sheets and in process inspection documents.Document Control Specialist will demonstrate intermediate competencies in electronic file management, shop math, and machining processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the creation, revision, distribution, and archiving of documents, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing document versions to ensure that the most current and approved versions are accessible to authorized personnel, while obsolete or unauthorized versions are removed or archived.

Coordinating document review and approval processes, routing documents to appropriate stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval, and tracking the status of document approvals.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and CATIA
  • Preferred prior experience in manufacturing environment 1-2 years
