Role Overview


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Contractor Outside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships and selling our custom software solutions to businesses in your designated market. This position offers a 90-day ramp-up period, with the potential for full-time hire based on performance after a 6-month review.


Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients within the small to medium-sized business sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present and sell our custom software solutions, emphasizing the benefits of modernizing and scaling their current systems.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure client needs are met and projects are successfully delivered.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.


Role Qualifications


  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of software products and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with market research and business development strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Salary Range:

We are very open to having an upfront conversation about pay expectations. We consider factors such as your experience, location and market data when it comes to determining the final salary.
