We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join our amazing team. We offer Hybrid/Flexible work arrangements; working 3 days a week in our corporate office located in downtown Alpharetta, GA.


The Sales Support Coordinator will support the business development team in new business opportunity organization, strategic communications, touchpoints and reporting. In coordination with marketing strategies, implementation, senior management reporting and documentation management the BDC will support both long- and short-term pipeline efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, ability to keep track of a complex effort and a passion for driving business growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales meeting preparation - Assist with presentations, gathering internal attendees and helping refine the agenda
  • Pipeline management - work with BD, Client Relations, and Contract Admin to make sure the pipeline continues to move forward; communication updates, reporting, driving for results, timeline accuracy, etc.
  • Sales reporting - experience in building reports and dashboards through Salesforce; leveraged by management, implementation prep and company board
  • Sales administration/coordination - once a sale has been identified, turn the "deal" over to the coordinator to work with contract administration, accounting, implementation, technology to start (and finish) the effort from taking someone from prospect to Client
  • Client white space coordination - move potential opportunities from Client Relations to Business development; coordinate the effort internally to get them in the pipeline
  • Target tracking – keep track of and report against annual goals and objectives in pipeline development, deal tracking and special efforts (including strategic initiatives)
  • Salesforce - Maintain and update the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system with client information and interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure alignment with business development goals. Including providing RFP response support and coordination with the Account Managers.
  • Provide administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing meeting team support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years’ experience using Salesforce.
  • At lease 3 years’ experience in Sales Support or Sales.
  • Has taken classwork or training on Sales disciplines.
  • High level of proficiency building Salesforce reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word), Salesforce.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college, or 3 years sales or sales support related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
