This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Coordinator at HRC International in Alpharetta, GA. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for program management, communication, customer service, project management, and program development. The Program Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day tasks associated with coordinating and managing various programs within the organization. 


Program Coordinator duties: 


  • Account management - maintain active clients by relationship building by phone and video calls to key contacts 
  • Maintain 25 calls/video chats per week with hosts 
  • Monitor balance of programs per account that align with the regulations 
  • Educates employers on J-1 visa regulations; provides ongoing assistance and support your accounts 
  • Conduct education calls with new main contacts and primary managers, maintain relationships by phone or video calls 
  • Maintain and update host employer files: company details, housing/transportation 
  • Creates J1 programs for accounts and obtain account approval 
  • Send resumes and obtains hiring decisions and notifies account of updates on their exchange visitors to include consulate   approval and flight updates (bcc the sponsor on this email) 
  • Update Billing account details 
  • Obtain specific on-site cultural activities per account 
  • Verify status 3 programs in Otys 
  • Assist with Transfers when needed 
  • Assist with inventory office supplies 
  • Submits TIPP into sponsor database 
  • Obtain updated HCA for any ASSE Aspire hosts 
  • Supports and assists the Business Development Specialist 
  • Plans and monitors an individual sales plan as part of HRC’s overall forecasting goals 
  • Assists Director with special projects when needed

  • Project Management skills 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
  • Ability to work well in a team environment 
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration
  • Hospitality work experience

Salary $45,000 base plus the incentive opportunity. IRA Plan after 6 months
