Job Summary: 

As a 1099 Field Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers for residential solar installations. You will engage in door-to-door sales, attend community events, and network with potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments for solar consultants to visit and provide a detailed solar proposal. This is a 1099 position with unlimited earning potential. 

Responsibilities:

·         Identify and qualify potential customers for residential solar installations·         Engage in door-to-door sales, attend community events, and network with potential customers to generate leads·         Schedule appointments for solar consultants to visit and provide a detailed solar proposal·         Use a customer relationship management system to track and manage leads and appointments·         Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and appointments·         Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and appointment setting targets

Requirements:

·         High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred·         Previous sales or customer service experience preferred·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team·         Valid driver's license and reliable transportation·         Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a customer relationship management system and Microsoft Office applications.
