We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team. As the Inno Recruiter, you will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting and pre-hire process including crafting exceptional and consistent job postings and descriptions, conduct initial phone screens, facilitate pre-hire assessments, develop and review hiring policies and practices, analyze and report HR metrics, and, as needed, provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Manager.


What You Will Do

  • Recruit candidates for open roles including but not limited to sourcing candidates from various job boards, initial phone screens, and pre-hire assessments.
  • Manage and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruiting metrics.
  • Streamline the recruiting and pre-hire process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to craft quality and consistent job descriptions.
  • Assist the HR Manager with administrative HR functions such as benefits administration and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Other duties as appropriately assigned.
