We are currently seeking a dedicated Recruiter to enhance our team. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment and pre-employment process, which includes creating high-quality job postings, conducting initial phone interviews, facilitating pre-employment evaluations, and reviewing hiring policies. Additionally, you will analyze HR metrics and provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates for various positions, including conducting initial phone interviews and pre-employment assessments.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Enhance the efficiency of the recruitment and pre-employment processes.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop clear and consistent job descriptions.
  • Support the HR Manager with administrative HR tasks, including benefits administration and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
