We are in search of a Recruiter to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will oversee all facets of the recruitment and pre-employment process. This includes creating high-quality job postings and descriptions, conducting initial phone interviews, facilitating pre-employment assessments, developing and reviewing hiring policies, analyzing HR metrics, and providing administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates for various open positions, including conducting initial phone interviews and pre-employment assessments.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Enhance the efficiency of the recruitment and pre-employment processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop clear and consistent job descriptions.
  • Support the HR Manager with administrative HR tasks, including benefits administration and compliance with regulations.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
