Responsibilities of our entry level, Account Sales Associate:
- Initiate and create a relationship with each customer account
- Drive sales results by delivering a top-notch and elevated customer experience
- Achieve all productivity goals through successful negotiation and upselling tactics
- Act as a product knowledge expert and always lead sales interactions with product features and benefits, not discounts
- Provide customer support and answer any questions asked in a professional manner
- Brainstorm and strategize with other entry-level Sales Associates new and innovative ways to maximize sales results and optimal profit margins
Requirement for our next entry level, Account Sales Associate:
- An associate’s Degree is highly recommended, but not required
- 1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, OR equivalent entry-level position is required
- Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about working with other team members/customers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills is a must
- Student mentality, with the drive to continually improve and succeed
