As a Front Office Professional, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet patients with a smile, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently
  • Verify patient information and insurance details accurately
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services
  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Collaborate effectively with medical staff and colleagues to ensure seamless patient care
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing phone calls
