  • Participate in the selection and hiring of teaching staff.
  • Coordinate with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff.
  • Conduct classroom observations to regularly support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
  • Create a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselves.
  • Must be able to commit to a daily schedule of 9am to 6pm which includes facilitating in the closing operations of the school daily.
  • Provide superior customer service to all external and internal customers
  • Observes all rules and regulations at the Primrose School of Wayne and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children
  • Assists the Director with the necessary management responsibilities to ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control to produce profit
  • Conducting Tours

  • A Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
