Job DescriptionJob Description

BASIC FUNCTION

To sell diagnostic device into hospitals and physician offices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  1. Representative will call on physician offices and hospital laboratories, selling a small line of products from a multi-billion dollar industry leader with an outstanding reputation.
  2. Representative will be responsible for driving sales of the products, calling on a targeted list of customers.
  3. Representative will maintain and submit required call and activity reports through provided iPad.
  4. Representative will manage all aspects of the sales process.
  5. Representative will manage relationships with relevant distributor partners in territory.
  6. Other responsibilities as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • College degree required.
  • Ability to concisely communicate technical information
  • Proficient in MS Office & CRM software
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Well developed presentation skills 
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Availability to travel at least 25% of the time including occasional overnights

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

  • College degree required.
  • Candidates with 2-3 years of clinical selling experience.
  • Candidates with contacts within physician offices and distributors will be strongly considered.
  • Proven ability to drive sales in a competitive market.
