Location: Miami, FL

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing strategies and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Agent, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
