Reports to: Social Media Manager/Marketing Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Social Media Manager in developing and implementing social media strategies across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in engaging our online community, growing our social media presence, and promoting brand awareness. If you are passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing, this is the perfect opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly in line with the brand’s tone of voice. Track social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and growth, and prepare reports for the Social Media Manager. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to stay ahead of the curve. Assist in running paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance tracking. Manage the day-to-day scheduling of posts and ensure that content is optimized for each platform. Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations, including identifying potential influencers and managing communications.

Job Requirement: Excellent communication and writing skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to create engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences. Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Enthusiasm for social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
