The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager is responsible for the overall social responsibility programs for Savencia Cheese USA. The position is a visionary leader and will be responsible for aligning our parent company's initiatives with US standards and regulations and overall strategic initiatives. This role will be the intermediary with the Operations team (plants) on reporting requirements and projects. This position is based in the New Holland, PA corporate office and reports to the US Director of Quality, Regulatory, Compliance and CSR.

  • Develop a US CSR strategy with the assistance of Finance and Operations
  • Drive reporting requirements
  • Conduct periodic reporting and program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
  • Develop a CSR culture for North America
  • Develop reporting matrix and establish KPIs
  • Coordinate with HR employee well-being projects and initiatives
  • Stay informed of relevant research and trends in areas of focus and promoting best practices

Travel: None is required for this position.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/Dairy Technology or related field or equivalent work experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, preferably consumer packaged goods
  • CSR experience with proven results
  • Must have excellent facilitation skills, project management skills, and drive for results
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional groups and teams
  • Excellent communications skills (writing, reading, speaking) in English

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Ability to speak/read/write/listen in French
