Job Description
The "Producer, Social Creative”, is a creative, production-savvy, strategic individual.
The successful candidate contributes to creative ideation & production through a brand-forward lens and has a strong understanding of social platforms and effective production.
This position requires excellent leadership, decisiveness, and a problem-solving attitude as this role will collaborate across key social stakeholders and manage multiple projects at once.
The "Producer, Social Creative” will report to the " Director of Social Content Development & Production” as part of the Brand Marketing team.
They will manage projects from brief to delivery, working across the Social organization and its key partners, such as Creative, Design, Planning, Publicity, and Legal.
A highly innovative and curious leader committed to building team culture is a must.

Key Responsibilities
Leading role on social production projects, as assigned
Contribute and uphold strategy, workflows, and best practice playbooks for assigned focus
Full creative project execution from Brief Intake through Delivery
Ability to effectively brief, direct & review work from production partners
Ideate, write and produce creative content across all platforms
Perform quality control on final creative deliveries/video assets
Collaborate with Creative Leads on creative campaign pitches and presentations
Collaborate with external creative partners and agencies / act as key internal creative lead
Lead and contribute to project brainstorming sessions, creative pitches, script ideas, concepts, and presentations
Present and pitch creative work
Preparation for and production of live-action shoots.
Produce shoots in the field and on set, working closely with production companies and talent.
Understands KPIs and applies learnings to meet business demands
Communication & upholding of overall team vision
Shows strong understanding of brand voice and goals
Ensures ongoing strategic connection to Social Channels & Campaign teams
Works closely with Ops team on workflow & systems
Make Agency/Freelancer recommendations
Keeps up with industry trends
Mentor and guides junior team members

Qualifications/Requirements
4+ years of experience working in digital production and social for a major brand or agency – entertainment and/or streaming experience preferred
Have an understanding of the evolving social landscape and best practices.
Experience in supporting a cross-platform social production team
Must be able to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment while adapting to shifting/fast-breaking deadlines
High tolerance for change, a collaborative can-do spirit, and a positive/growth mindset
Clear and concise communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to anticipate messaging needs proactively
Experience with Adobe Suite including Premiere, Microsoft Suite & Digital Delivery
