C&G Warehouse Counter


W.W. Gay Mechanical Contractor is looking for a professional and reliable C&G Warehouse Counter. Candidate must possess a valid driver's license, be computer literate, lift at least 50 lbs., and possess good communication skills. Specific job duties include:

  • Pull and prepare orders for the field personnel.
  • Assist warehouse personal in check stock levels
  • Communicate shortages with management and field purchasing departments.
  • Accurately enter daily batches in COINS.
  • Daily housekeeping.
  • Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and providing a positive attitude
  • Sales: Taking orders, processing payments, and entering orders into a system
  • Inventory: Monitoring inventory, restocking, and updating product displays
  • Customer support: Following up on orders, helping customers find products, and providing solutions
  • Organization: Keeping the counter clean and organized, and stocking shelves
  • Communication: Answering phone calls and emails
  • Experience: Forklift operation
  • Knowledge: Product knowledge of plumbing/HVAC pipe, valves and fittings
