We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to enhance industrial processes by controlling, monitoring, and measuring casting operations. Key responsibilities include providing engineering advice, reviewing production methods and equipment layout, and preparing reports to drive operational efficiencies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


Design & Process Improvement:

  • Modify and enhance equipment and tooling for new products and processes.
  • Implement changes to cut costs, improve reliability, and boost quality and safety.
  • Oversee die cast parameters and automation improvements.

Documentation & Quality:

  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure ISO certification.
  • Create and review 3D design drawings to meet standards.

Engineering & Training:

  • Use advanced tools to evaluate and refine designs.
  • Support tooling fabrication, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Train staff on new processes and contribute to project planning.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

  • Define tooling standards, analyze failures, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Follow EHS procedures and handle other assigned duties.


QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in metalworking or manufacturing automation.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to visualize tooling and equipment configurations.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in math, problem-solving, and detailed work with high accuracy.
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with vendors, customers, and team members.
  • Skilled in influencing change, making quick decisions, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to read, write, and perform calculations.
