Job Summary:As the Enterprise Imaging Consulting Practice Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of consultants to deliver exceptional client solutions and drive the growth and success of our consulting practice. You will provide strategic direction, develop business opportunities, and ensure high-quality project execution while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Strategy:
    • Execute the overall strategy for the enterprise imaging consulting practice in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of consultants, ensuring their professional growth and development.
    • Set performance goals and expectations for the team, and regularly assess and evaluate their performance.
  1. Business Development:
    • Support business development in the pursuit of new business opportunities Establish and nurture relationships with clients, and actively participate in business development activities.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
    • Monitor market trends, identify emerging industry needs, and leverage this knowledge to develop innovative consulting offerings.
  1. Project Management and Delivery:
    • Oversee the successful execution of enterprise imaging consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients, understand their evolving needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
    • Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  1. Thought Leadership and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the consulting field.
    • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the consulting practice.
    • Actively contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as whitepapers, articles, and conference presentations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in advising or leading an enterprise imaging practice.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in a consulting role, with a track record of successfully leading and managing consulting engagements.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand and solve complex business problems.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated business development and sales support experience, including the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Deep knowledge of consulting methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed.
