Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist PRN to join our Imaging Team at HCA Florida South Tampa Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging services to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Magnetic Resonance Imaging Procedures with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
  • Prepare and position patients and equipment with care and attention to detail.
  • Complete a thorough patient history and obtain informed consent.
  • Explain all procedures being performed in a clear and compassionate manner.
  • Maintain effective communication with Radiologists and other team members.
  • Follow established standards and practices under the direction of a Radiologist.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a two-year AMA-approved School of Radiology.
  • Associate Degree.
  • Registered Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) preferred.
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologist, State of Florida.
  • One year of experience (preferred).
  • Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
