Job Summary:

Crossroads Hyundai, located in Loveland, Colorado, is seeking to hire a skilled Automotive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy dealership's administrative department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in automotive office administration and a strong understanding of accounting, customer service, and dealership processes. This full-time, salaried position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 per year, with weekly pay. The Automotive Office Manager will report directly to the corporate controller.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all administrative functions of the dealership, including accounting, customer service, and inventory management
- Manage and lead a team of administrative staff, providing direction, training, and support as needed
- Handle all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily cash reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all operational and financial reports
- Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of inventory and supplies, ordering as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure efficient and effective dealership operations
- Enforce company policies and procedures and maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Prior experience in automotive office management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and dealership processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
