  • Program Manager resource shall take an active role in the transformation of the Client Desktop Computing Environment and program management.
  • Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.

  • Provide team with data analysis for provisioning orders in bulk to multiple network service providers using Excel and MS Access, some billing reconciliation issues.
  • Serve as liaison between network engineers, development team and customer management.
  • Provide advanced support for the diagnosis and resolution of complex problems to ensure minimal disruption of mission-critical systems and applications.
  • Leads teams and provides day-to-day direction for projects.
  • Familiarity with the design, installation, and configuration services with regard to Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards in order to design the most comprehensive framework to address all security, data integrity and privacy concerns within the Client Business.
  • Experience using Excel and MS Access

Certifications:

  • Agile Certifications (ScrumMaster preferred)
  • ITIL Foundations certification

Education:

  • A minimum of eight (8) to twelve (12) years' relevant experience.
  • A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required.
  • If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field, then four additional years of related experience is required.
