Job Summary

North Ridge Country Club Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Youth and Aquatics programs. As the Youth and Aquatics Program Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing engaging activities for youth of all ages, ensuring the pool facilities are properly maintained and staffed, and overseeing the daily operations of the Youth department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement youth programs that meet the needs of our members, including activities, events, and services.
  • Pool Operations: Ensure the pool facilities are properly maintained, staffed, and equipped to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our members.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor department managers, manage department expenses, and adhere to the department budget.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff, handle discipline and termination in accordance with company policy, and provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Communication: Communicate pertinent department information with other club staff, coordinate cross-functional activities with department heads, and engage positively with staff and members to ensure a high level of satisfaction and participation.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: At least five years of management experience, at least five years of youth activity management experience, and at least five years of pool maintenance experience required.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, positive personality and kind demeanor, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to walk around the club campus, both inside and outside, must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, and must know how to swim.
