- IT Support: Collaborate with IT personnel to address office technology needs, troubleshoot issues, and manage equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a well-organized office.
- Leadership and supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
- Ethical and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

Position Type:
